What's happening at McLean & Co in May 2022?

Who can believe it is already May 2022?

Firstly, thanks to all of you who supported us
during our "Wish we were at the Wanaka Show" sale. Secondly, thank you
to everyone who responded to my appeal to drop us review online or by
email. It really makes a difference to our online sales if people can
buy confidently from us. If
you have bought from us and love what we are doing, please consider leaving us a review.

We have had lots of visitors to our weaving shed
of late - we love showing people our machinery and the effort it takes
to make our fabrics. There is no flick of a switch for us at McLean
& Co, it's
peddaling all the way! If you are planning on being
in Oamaru and would like to visit us in our shed, please just ring or
email. Most times it suits for us to spend some time with you. PS: I
have EFTPOS here for easy and stress free purchasing!

We love our Fashy hot water bottles and have used them for years throughout our cold South Island winters.

We recommend using German designed and manufactured Fashy-Thermoplast hot water bottles. Fashy has been making hot water bottles since 1948 and has continuously been developing its
technology and design. These hotties are robust and durable, odourless and rubber free, with a large opening for safer filling.

We stock Fashy hot water bottles in red, blue and grey. We have plenty in stock so contact us if you would like to purchase just one or a lot of Fashy hot water bottles!

We have a very limited range of individually
designed and crafted hot water bottle covers. Buy a Fashy hottie and a
McLean & Co. hot water bottle cover and save!

We also have a range of limited edition throws
and blankets crafted entirely by us - Rod has woven the fabric and Sue
has stitched them. Check out our online store by clicking on the image.
If the throw you like is already out of stock just get in touch with Sue
and she will make you one if we have any of the fabric left in stock.

We also have a large selection of beautiful scarves woven by us here in
Oamaru. Have a look online, or visit CRAFTED: Waitaki Artisan Gallery
in Oamaru, Revology Concept Store in Wanaka or The Collaboration in New
Plymouth to see what's available this winter.

We are really proud to be part of the Campaign
for Wool, both in New Zealand and globally. You can read more about the
Campaign here. I have a blog coming...

Thanks again for following us and our weaving journey. We couldn't do what we are doing without your support.

Kind regards, Sue and Rod xx
