It is very important to us that you love the items you have purchased ... therefore if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us so we can rectify the problem.

REFUNDS:
Remembering that slight imperfections in hand woven textiles are part of their uniqueness and charm, if you feel that your purchase does not match our description of it, or contains an imperfection overlooked by our quality control, we will refund you in full, including postage to return the item to us.
WHO PAYS THE POSTAGE ON RETURNS?
If the fault is ours, we will happily pay any charges relating to the return of your purchase.
RETURNS TIME FRAME:
After discussing and agreeing on the return of your purchase, please do so as soon as possible as items must be returned within seven days to be eligible for exchange or refund. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns regarding this.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Simply contact us by phoning or emailing us on hello@mcleanandco.nz and we will tell you what to do next. As soon as we receive your returned item we will contact you.

We use Go Sweet Spot to courier our products. Shipping within NZ will usually take 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
We will process and ship your order to you once your payment has been made, and then notify you. If your McLean & Co. parcel has not arrived within five days, please contact us. Orders placed on Friday afternoon may not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipping within New Zealand: We charge a flat rate of $10.00, with free shipping for orders over the value of $150.00.
Shipping to Australia: We charge a flat rate of $20.00, with free shipping for orders over the value of $250.00.
Shipping to the rest of the world: We charge a flat rate of $30.00, with free shipping for orders over the value of $350.00.
GIFTS AND SPECIAL DELIVERIES:
We are happy to help you organise special gifts and deliveries. Please contact us if you need your McLean & Co. items in a hurry, or wish to send an item to someone else. We are happy to gift wrap and write special messages on beautiful cards to accompany your gifts.
